Quality Control
From concept through final production, Micro-Air Controls are subject to a documented quality control program with one goal in mind- zero defects. Each control is fully environmentally tested both in the field and in the laboratory.
Quality Inspection
Critical value automated bed of nails test fixtures.
100% 24 hour burn-in on main PCB and display assemblies
Final Bench on all units. Ten minutes cooling, ten minutes heating and one minute fan only.
During final test several critical voltages and temperature are checked.
A self-diagnostic program is included in each Micro-Air Control. This enables the service technicians to locate problems, if they occur, by isolating functions-taking the guesswork out of problem solving, thus reducing costly down time.
